Complete this form to attend this event and participatein all of the following:
- Admission to ALL sessions
- Opening reception on Sunday with complementary drink - Hosted by OMD corp
- Reception on Mon. & Tues. evening with appetizers & comp. drink
- All break-time refreshments
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Eligibility for all Prize Drawings (but you must be present to win!)
If you are bringing a spouse or other quest, the cost is $100 for all meals prepaid per guest.
